A clean fractional division of a section, like the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4.

A standard fractional subdivision of a PLSS section by halves and quarters — the "Northeast 1/4 of Section 19" and so on. Aliquot parts need no bearings or distances, since the grid itself defines their corners.
